The tract consists of 124± acres offering thick bedding, established food plots and ample surrounding food sources. This tract has historically been home to Boone and Crockett class whitetail as well as turkey, pheasants and all sorts of small game. This seems to be a natural roosting place for an impressive number of doves throughout the hunting season as well. There are currently over 6 acres of food plots on the farm consisting of corn, soybeans and clover. There would be over 12 acres throughout the property that can be utilized as food plots in the CREP program that the farm is enrolled in.
